Marguerite Beebe ( Actor )

Marguerite Marie Beebe (Marie LaRue) – is pleased and humbled to be making her 
first appearance with Theatre Du Jour. She is a LeMoyne College (09’) graduate where 
she received her BA in Theater Arts and Music. While at LeMoyne she was involved 
in the LeMoyne College Singers, Major Arcana, and BootNBuskin. She has appeared
in numerous roles in the Syracuse and Fulton areas, most recently as Father Christmas
in Narnia the Musical for CNY Arts Center, as well as the productions of Finnegan’s
Farewell, The Wild Party, Les Miserables, Awesome 80’s Prom, The Drowsy Chaperone
and Yes Virginia The Musical, Godspell to name a few. She has been a vocalist for many
cabarets and shows such as Tenebrae, The Golden Age of Broadway, I Love the 80’s, 
Stars and Stripes and Songs of the Seasons. When she is not on stage she can be seen
backstage in such roles as director, lighting designer, stage manager, set construction, 
and sound operator. She has done various independent/student films such as Slade 
Collins 2: In and Out of Time, Savage Christmas, Half Dead with Mad Angel Films, 
The Wanderer, Fallen Angels, The Vampire with TorchMan Films, Brink with Worlds 
Apart Films and The Breakfast along with a short film, Addict. Along with acting she is 
the Artistic Director of her own theatre company, Encore Presentations which she gladly 
runs with her husband Stephen Beebe who is a SALT Award winner for his various 
works behind the scenes. She would like to dedicate all that she does to her husband, her 
4 children and to all of her close friends who give their love and support.
