Sherri Metz (Madam Toreau)
The first time I was in a play was in highschool in 1976. I was fatally bitten by the theatre bug and have been on stage every year of my life since then.
I spent 10 years doing musicals with the Red Creek Community Players and have been with the Oswego Players for 24 years. I have recently taken a bigger interest in the director's chair and look forward to the opportunity to direct for Theatre Du Jour.
I spend my time off stage working at Oswego Heritage Federal Credit Union as a Branch assistant, and at the First United Methodist church of Oswego as Choir Director/organist.
When I'm not working, I enjoy reading, playing cards, yoga, walking, biking, cooking and playing Scrabble with my husband, Nelson. I have a beautiful daughter, Erin, who lives with her husband, Dan in Lake Placid, and an equally beautiful cat, Piper, who lives with us on East Mohawk Street in Oswego.
