The first time Sherri was in a play was in highschool in 1976. She was fatally bitten by the theatre bug and has been on stage every year of her life since then. She spent 10 years doing musicals with the Red Creek Community Players and has been with the Oswego Players for 24 years.
Sherri had recently taken a bigger interest in the director's chair and has enjoyed directing for TDJ, looks forward to acting in Steel Magnolias as well as directing again in 2018.
Sherri spends her time off stage working at Compass Credit Union - Member Service Representative, and at the First United Methodist church of Oswego as Choir Director/organist. When she's not working, Sherri enjoys reading, playing cards, yoga, walking, biking, cooking and playing Scrabble with her husband, Nelson. Sherri has a beautiful daughter, Erin and an equally beautiful cat, Piper, both of whom she adores!
